Come out and celebrate on Monday November 13th with the Newtown Democrats
Q: What happens when you go to the monthly Newtown Dems meet-up at "the pit" ?
A: You get elected to the United States House of Representatives!

Here is a picture of Harry Stevens, Jay Sensibaugh, Supervisor Phil Calabro, Patrick Murphy (Representative-elect of the 8th Congressional District), and Supervisor Jerry Schenkman from the July '06 meet-up.
Come out and celebrate our hard fought state and national campaigns at our next gathering.
Newtown Democrats - 2nd Mondays @ 2nd Street Pub @ 7:00 - ?
Monday, November 13th
2nd Street Pike @ Penns Park Road Wrightstown
On the 2nd Monday of every month, at 7:00 PM, Newtown Dems gather in "the Pit" at the 2nd Street Pub to chat about politics, etc. If only one person shows, so be it, a couple of beers and a hamburger, not a bad way to spend an hour. If two people show up, it is a harmonious conversation, if three it is an organization and if fifty show up it is a movement. All will know that at least one friendly face will be at the 2nd Street Pub on the 2nd Monday at 7:00. After all, it's reaching back to our Democratic Party roots. It's the start that began the party that defeated Alexander Hamilton and Richard Nixon. A proud tradition, hoisting a beer or two in solidarity, preparing for the fights to come and celebrating the victories of the past.
Please, registered Democrats only
